however, i'm not sure you could remove enough things to drop .5 seconds. If you're going to the track, take out the passenger seat, spare tire, etc. Removing the t-tops could lose you a lot of weight too, but i think it increases drag. If you go this route, there are carbon fiber (no glass) t-top replacements you can put in. Realistically, if you're looking to make low numbers at the track, just get a TT; it'll save you time and $.
